L’attività fisica è uno strumento importante e prezioso per l’organismo, affinché esso ed il suo sistema immunitario ritrovino l’equilibrio.

Si consigliano, pertanto, 20/30 minuti di passeggiata quotidiana o comunque, quando sia possibile, fare due passi piuttosto che spostarsi con l’automobile.

In caso di allergia ai pollini si consiglia di svolgere l’attività fisica all’aperto nelle prime ore della mattina o verso sera, oppure subito dopo la pioggia.

Il moto oltre ad essere un valido strumento per scaricare le tensioni emotive, mantiene l’intero  organismo in salute, attivandone il metabolismo, rafforzando il sistema immunitario attraverso la sudorazione, così da facilitare il processo di depurazione e detossificazione dalle sostanze nocive e dalle tossine.

Nei soggetti asmatici l’attività  fisica  intensa può provocare un peggioramento della sintomatologia: questo peggioramento è definito asma da sforzo. L’asma da sforzo, però, non comporta necessariamente l’abbandono dell’attività fisica: è dimostrato che alcuni soggetti asmatici possono praticare tutti gli sport, a parte quelli estremi, come il paracadutismo, alpinismo ad alta quota o sport subacquei, purchè  l’asma sia correttamente affrontata.

Medaglie olimpiche sono state vinte proprio da soggetti asmatici!!!!!
